Traffic Offences & Penalty Charges

TRAFFIC OFFENCES

It is the responsibilty of the car user that all summonses for traffic or parking are dealt with without delay.

Any charge that is not paid on the day will result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued The notice will be recieved by Sinclair Finance & Leasing as the registered user who will either:

► Provide the authority with the client details

► Depending upon the urgency, pay the relevant penalty fee to the authority

     and re-charge back to your company the value plus an administration fee

CONGESTION CHARGES

Congestion charges can either be paid in advance, on the day of travel or by midnight the following day. Please see www.cclondon.com for further details.

Any charge that is not paid on the day will result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued. The notice will be recieved by Sinclair Finance & Leasing as the registered user who will process the charge along with additional administration costs and re-charge your company.
